Gender data is never displayed in a way that could identify an individual user. Ratios are only shown when a minimum number of users are present at a venue.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted within the European Union. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Local preferences (e.g. dismissed banners) are stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) at dataprotection.ie.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage data (not linked to any individual) may be retained indefinitely.
PinPint is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of PinPint after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
